HYDE dumbbell 6 kg is high quality, adjustable dumbbell - total length is about 513 mm, in detail: central grip section length is 133 mm and diameter is 28 mm. Sleeve length is 174 mm and diameter is 50 mm. Crisp knurling ensures optimal grip. This dumbbell supports weight plates up to total weight 55 kg.
For shipping we partner with Kühne+Nagel company - our barbells are shipped with special, wooden boxes from albasia wood.
In order to keep your barbell in perfect condition, we recommend that you regularly clean the bar after use with the provided brush. If there is still residue on the barbell, you can spray its surface with a little alcohol and clear it with a damp cloth.
